Peter Ford is the Chairman of MNP Interconnection Telecom Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., a 100% subsidiary of iconectiv, LLC doing business as iconectiv.
Peter Ford is the Executive Vice President, Head of Information Solutions business for iconectiv. He is responsible for leading the platform portfolio for the company’s trusted communications, network and operations, numbering and registry businesses. He has responsibility for all business operations, including, product management and oversees the company’s sales efforts and expansion strategies across the globe.
Mr.Ford is an experienced senior executive in the consulting, technology and communications sectors, with more than 25 years of experience. He previously served as the Managing Director, EMEA, Service Provider Transformation Group at Cisco Systems, where he developed partnerships with some of the largest global telecommunications players on issues such as IoT, NFV/SDN, Big Data/Analytics and Network Convergence and Security.
Kshitij Lal brings in wealth of experience and strong telecom industry knowledge to his position as Managing Director at MNP Interconnection Telecom Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. In this role Mr. Lal oversees the ongoing operations and management of the number portability clearinghouse business to the delight of all stakeholders. His charter includes also developing and growing business through the expansion of current activities and new related business opportunities.
Mr. Lal has been associated since the start of iconectiv business in India in 2006 and has played a key role in bringing mobile number portability to India and iconectiv. In a career spanning more than 27 years, he has also worked at AT&T and Airtel and the FMCG sector.
Mr. Lal's experience and expertise is in running successful operation, senior management, developing sales and marketing plans and their successful execution; alliance strategies; and developing and maintaining key customer relations for the company. He efficiently handles the dynamic and diverse regulatory environment and maintains ongoing relations with various regulatory bodies.
Mr. Lal holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi and an MBA from the Institute of Management Studies.
As CFO & Company Secretary of MNP Interconnection Telecom Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., Sanjay Bhanot is responsible for the overall supervision of the finance, legal, secretarial and compliance functions. A senior executive with diverse industry experience, Mr. Bhanot joined the company after holding the position of Finance Controller & Company Secretary at Silicon Graphics India, where he was a key member of the leadership team. Prior to joining Silicon Graphics he worked with EMR Technology Ventures, British Gas and Eicher Motors Ltd. Mr. Bhanot has more than 24 years of rich experience with expertise in business planning and analysis, setting up new ventures, and processes and policies for internal control, financial accounting, corporate governance, funds management, MIS and statutory compliances.
Mr. Bhanot is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an Associate of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Law and an Honors Degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi.
As Vice President - Operations, Mr. Jitendra Dixit is responsible for the overall MNP Operations, Regulatory Compliance, Cyber Security & Operations Resilience. Mr. Dixit is an Alumni of Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK) & holds Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from Apeejay College of Engineering.
Mr. Dixit has been associated since the start of MNP business in India in 2010 and has played a pivotal role in launching Mobile Number Portability services in India. In a career spanning more than 22 years, he has worked at numerous levels at Reliance Communication, Alcatel India & Tekelec. His proficiency areas extend not only to Technology Solutions,Strategic Management, Customer facing roles, Pre Sales, Infrastructure Management but also to Vendor Management, Regulatory compliances, Cyber Security governance, Risk Management & Data Privacy
